1. Acceptance
By using Mirave AI you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and must give accurate information when you create it. One free trial is offered per person, to accounts created with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google; creating multiple accounts to get more free songs is not allowed.
3. Purchases
Mirave AI offers optional subscriptions, credit packs and one-time video purchases. All purchases are billed and managed by Apple, including renewals, cancellations and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple account settings. A video purchase is used when the video is created; if a video cannot be created because of a technical error, the purchase is returned to your account.
For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by Apple.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the songs, lyrics and videos you create, subject to the rights of anyone whose voice, likeness or material you use and to the license terms of the AI providers that generate them. You are responsible for having the right to use everything you submit.
5. AI Video: photos of people
- Only use a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has given you permission. You confirm this each time you create a video, and we keep a record of that confirmation.
- Photos of children are not allowed.
- Do not use photos of celebrities or public figures, or make anyone appear to say or do something to harm, mock or deceive.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Mirave AI to create content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing or violent, that impersonates a real person without consent, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may block requests that break these rules.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Mirave AI is provided "as is". AI output can be unpredictable, and we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
