1. Who we are
Mirave AI ("Mirave AI", "we", "us") is an app for creating songs, vocals and music videos with artificial intelligence. The app is operated by Mert Yener, Türkiye. You can reach us at support@mirave.app.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: your email address, or the identifiers Apple or Google provide when you use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.
- Content you create: text prompts, lyrics, generated songs, cover art, playlists and the notes you write for videos.
- Photos and videos: if you use AI Video, the photo you upload, the scene images generated from it and the resulting videos.
- Voice recordings: if you create a voice profile, a short audio sample. The raw recording is deleted once the profile has been created.
- Consent and safety records: for AI Video, the consent you give ("the person in the photo is me, or I have their permission"), the result of our automated safety check, the date and time, your IP address and app version.
- Purchase data: subscription status and purchase history provided by Apple. We never receive your card details.
- Technical data: basic logs such as request times and error reports, used to run the service and fix problems.
3. How we use your information
We use this information to create the songs, vocals and videos you request, run your account, process purchases through Apple, answer support requests, prevent abuse (for example, fake free-trial accounts or videos made from someone else's photo without permission) and keep the app reliable. We do not use your photos, voice or content to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Automated checks
Before an AI Video is paid for, the photo, your notes and, for lip-sync videos, the song lyrics are checked automatically by an AI model. The check looks for a clearly visible adult, and for sexual, violent, hateful or impersonating content. It does not identify who the person is. If the check rejects a request you are not charged, and you can try again with a different photo or text.
5. Service providers we share data with
We only share what each provider needs to do its job:
- Amazon Web Services (servers and storage, EU – Stockholm region)
- Suno and Mureka (song generation: your prompts, lyrics and, for AI Vocal, your voice sample)
- fal.ai and the image/video models it runs (AI Video: your photo, scene images and a song excerpt)
- Anthropic (automated safety checks and translating your notes into prompts)
- Apple and Google (sign-in and, for Apple, payments)
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
6. How long we keep data
- Your account, songs, photos and videos are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
- AI Video consent and safety records are kept for one year, even if you delete your account, so we can respond to abuse reports and legal requests.
- To prevent repeated free trials, we keep a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your sign-in identifier after account deletion. It cannot be turned back into your email address.
7. Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and your songs, videos and account data at any time in the app under Settings > Delete My Account. This cannot be undone. The records listed in section 6 are kept only for the periods stated there.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Türkiye's KVKK or the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@mirave.app to use these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Mirave AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). AI Video may not be used with photos of children; our automated check rejects them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
