Delete your account in the app

Open Mirave AI and go to Settings.
Tap Delete My Account at the bottom of the page.
Confirm with Permanently Delete My Account.

Your account, songs, video clips, photos, voice profile and account information are deleted permanently. This cannot be undone. Your remaining balance, including purchased credits, is deleted and cannot be refunded.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To stop being billed, cancel it in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

What we keep

AI Video consent and safety records are kept for one year to respond to abuse reports and legal requests.
A one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your sign-in identifier is kept to prevent repeated free trials. It cannot be turned back into your email address.

Can't open the app?

Email support@mirave.app from the email address linked to your account, or tell us which sign-in method you use (Apple, Google or email). We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
